WHAT WE OFFER
We offer the following services:
Welding Procedures:
The Welding Procedure Qualification is an important part of the Engineering/Fabrication/Construction World, as it defines the way required to correctly weld various types of materials and thicknesses. It forms an integral part of the recording processes from start to finished for the applicant as well as the work that needs to be performed after the procedure has passed. This is done with or without the assistance of an Authorised Inspection Authority (AIA) person depending on the kind of work at hand. We also draft the required “WPS” (Welding Procedure Specification) document once the welding procedure qualification has passed for that specific job at hand.
Quality Control Inspection:
With manufacturers working on big contracts and producing products of high standards, your company is in need of the expertise of a Welding Inspection Company. RA Inspection (PTY) Ltd knows your industry and what is demanded by it. To keep your company accountable to enforce the strict requirements and back it up by a professionally drafted Quality Assurance Manual to record all that is needed and the specifications and procedures to be followed.
Another service we can provide is in an acting position. When you are in need of a person that can do your quality control inspection when one of your employees is sick or on leave.

Welder Testing:
We do all the necessary testing of all welders required by your organisation in that specific job, that they need to do for the project. They are tested on the different materials they need to use according to the qualified welding specifications, norms and standards of the codes. After this is all tested we also send the samples for the destructive and non-destructive tests to check if they have passed the final stage of the test.
We then issue a certificate to the welder for the specific job they have welded, with all the ranges given and used according to the codes, standards and specification.
